If you haven't been able to download the Gold’s Gym App because of the settings on your smartphone, don't worry: you can still connect very easily to your Gold’s Gym Self-service from the website!
Here's the 5-step process:
Step 1. Go to the Gold’s Gym website https://goldsgym.it/ and click on Area Personale/Self-service.
Step 2. First of all, complete your Registration. Use the same e-mail you gave as a contact at the subscription and choose a password. Accept our Terms and Conditions and then click on Register.
Step 3. Once you are sure you have completed the registration, go to the Login and type your e-mail and password. If you have registered but you don’t remember your password, click on Forgot password? and follow the instructions.
Step 4. The first time you complete the login, you have to select your Gold’s Gym facility (the one in which you subscribed) in order to see the Self-service for your Gold’s Gym contract. Choose your Gold’s Gym facility from the boxes or use the search bar.
Step 5. Now you are ready to surf your Self-Service!
